The Hansen Bros. team did a great job packing and moving us out of our apartment, and then delivering our stuff out of storage. The only constructive comment I have is that I don't remember confirming the arrival/start time. I may have just not paid attention to that part of the discussion when setting up the move.

I am not certain what the word 'extraordinary' really means with regard to moving, etc. To us it signifies that all of our expectations and needs were clearly met in a timely and courteous manner. Should we need a moving company in the future rest assured that we will call Hansen Bros. We would also recommend Hansen Bros. to others. Thanks!

The moving crew was great, but the lead guy wasn't as good. He was mostly talking and ordering around. However the other two guys were great and the move was finished on time. The only damaged item was the BBQ. Overall, it was great.

The three men really did a nice job. It makes moving just that less stressful. Thank You!

We completed our move today with the assistance of two of your guys ... Kevin and Jasper. They were fantastic. They moved quickly, were motivated, careful, and enjoyable to be around. Please know that they represented Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage well and did a great job!

Rick, Steve and Dan were very careful with my belongings. As I was watching from my storage unit towards the truck being unloaded, a white lamp shade was one place and then someone put it on the blankets. I don't know if that is when it fell and broke or what. Also a chip of wood fell off a round Duncan Pyfe table I had. Very minor for the amount that they had to pack in the truck and take to a storage unit and unpack. I would absolutely recommend to friends and family that they check out Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage. I'm a native of Seattle so I have heard and seen the name for years.

Skyline recommended your company. Beth was my first point of contact and she was very helpful. Some of the printed info I received from Hansen about packing ourselves conflicted with what I was verbally told. Hansen Bros. was to have obtained the permit to park on the street and they did not. Fortunately there was space on Harbor Avenue for the truck. Overall, the day went very well and we thank-you.

Corey/Blake/James did a great job and worked efficiently. They were very polite and kind. We'll ask for them again on our return move. This is our third or fourth move with Hansen Bros. Thank you. :)
