Great job getting me moved!

We were extremely impressed with the service from the initial call to the completed move. We will certainly not hesitate to recommend Hansen Bros. to friends and others who may have pending moves. The care of the piece of furniture moved was outstanding!

Thanks for the great short notice service! I called on a Thursday and you were able to handle the move on Monday. The estimate was only 15 minutes off and that was caused by a couch that didn't want to out the door! The moving crew figured out a way to get it out safely. Kudos for all their help!

As always we have found your crew to be very competent and reliable. This last move they were able to get it done under the estimated quote. They were helpful and went above and beyond. Thank you for making this move so easy.

Could have used more used boxes prior for sell packing....but this is minor. Main comment is that crew did an outstanding job in all respects with regard to our furnishings. Crew leader, in particular was very considerate ofour feelings and timetable and household effects.

Hansen Brothers Moving and Storage were great. They arrived a little bit earlier then we had expected but that was ok, we had everything ready to move. I know the guys were expecting a full apartment move, but Brian had told us that if we just had a few things to move that was ok as well. All we had to do is tell the guys how long we needed them for. The Guys were very friendly and worked very fast. They were very cautious when moving furniture to the upstairs rooms as to not catch anything on the over head lights and fans. We would recommend Hansen Brothers moving and storage to our friends!

Quoted price was $1900. Actual price was $2500; Why?The insurance system you use is difficult to explain, let alone understand. Replacement value is based upon weight, not value. Only gold and silver are valued this way. There must be an easier way to do this that makes sense. How about "If we break it, we'll fix it". Your boys were great! I really appreciate what they did.

My father moved from one unit to another in Foundation House, Bothell--he had used Hansen brothers before, called them again and the men that did the job were fabulous… Cannot thank you enough!
