The office staff and movers were courteous. I didn't know that I would be charged for your movers to arrive to my home from your work site (which took 1 hour). I never had another moving company charge for time to arrive to my home. I don't think I would use you guys again.

Your movers, Arsen, Andrew and ?. They were organized and seemed to get everything moved faily rapidly. Smaller move this time but the same price. We need to have one table fixed but will get to it asap.

I am so impressed by your company and pleasantly surprised about how affordable my move was from Seattle to Spokane. Your employees are very friendly and pleasant. I can't say enough good things about Corey, my crew leader and his assistants, the Falcon and Zack. I would highly recommend your company to anyone and as a further bonus, I liked the fact that you are a local business with long term ties to the community. Thank you, Hansens!

Crew was good - but our tv got damaged and it definitely happened in the move, but company didn't take any responsibility for it which was extremely disappointing!

The only problem I have, and the only reason I didn't rate the overall experience a 5 was that the moving crew borrowed our personal hand truck and forgot to leave it when they left.

Your sales lady, Lisa, is wonderful, although she underestimated the number of wardrobe boxes we needed, but the crew, also super, improvised and all was well. A very satisfying and welcome experience. Thanks so much for making a trying experience very satisfying. JS
