You can tell I'm a satisfied customer; I just wanted to mention that Arsen and John did a great job moving my furniture into the basement. They handled everything carefully, didn't need any supervision, and got the job done very quickly. I'll be calling soon to have the furniture moved back into the house, now that the floors are done. Our salesperson was very helpful and gave a good quote for the work to be completed however we did not get great response from him when I tried to contact him. He did apologize and was always professional but better communication would help. As for the moving crew James Stoner and John Barger they were AWESOME! They worked very quickly and methodically to make our move very smooth. I would LOVE to request them when I make my next move! They deserve credit for making me want to use Hansen Bros. again.

This is the third move that I have used Hansen Brothers for, and since you did a good job for me on the previous two I didn't even bother calling around for quotes from other companies. One hears so many stories of shysters in the moving business, I'd rather stick with folks that I trust.

Ida Culver House Broadview suggested I call. I never refer anyone to anyone. I may like your work but I have no clue if others will so I just don't recommend.

The move went great and the movers were very friendly and did a fantastic job. My only complaint is that we were told the night before that they would be leaving for Duvall at 8 am (arriving between 8:45 and 9:15). They did not arrive until 9:50am and I have a hard time believing it takes 2 hours to get from Newcastle/Bellevue to Duvall. This extra time caused the move to go into overtime and the cost being a lot higher than we originally anticipated. It would have been nice for a call saying that they were leaving the original location so there wasn't any question of timing.
