The sales consultant did not return my calls or emails regarding setting up the person that was going to make crates for some of my paintings. His excuse was that he had called the gentleman numerous times. When I called direct and spoke with Vicki she got it done quickly within a few hours. The crew damaged some of my walls, and a few pieces of legs on expensive furniture because they dragged it on the floor when positioning to lift and lower. Otherwise the crew were very nice and got the job done satisfactorily.

Everyone did such a great job--I'll never use anyone else. Thanks to all!

Arsen, Trevor, Andrew and Jay really hustled - in a good way - on a hot day, with a move that took longer than anyone had predicted and with 3 flights of stairs! They remained professional, cheerful and hard-working thru it all.

Kevin and Balde were the best movers I have ever had, and I have moved a lot over time. I'd recommend them to anyone. My entire experience with your company in moving twice has been a delight. Joseph McAvoy is always so helpful and friendly. I had to change the date on this move a lot and he never got flustered.Thanks for making my move less stressful and go extremely fast. Elaine
