Arsen, Kory, and Moses (I hope I spelled all of their names correctly) were AWESOME. Worked extremely hard, very cheerful and professional. There was one mis-hap, a broken glass top for a bureau, but they notified me immediately and gave me instructions for filing a claim.

This was the first time I used a moving service and I was pleasantly surprised (I'd heard a lot of horror stories). Thank you so much for working so hard and caring so well for our belongings!

James and Cory were great! They were friendly and very careful with my furniture. They worked at a very good pace and finished the work in a very reasonable amount of time.I have used Hansen Bros. before and I am very glad that I used them again! I was not disappointed and I would (and have) reccomend them to my friends.

They even showed up early.

I called for moving services in a bit of a panic. My mother had passed away suddenly on June 21. I was told I must vacate her room in the Skilled Nursing section of Emerald Heights in Redmond in 48 hours. I remembered the good service when we used your company to move some of her furniture to my home in California 5 years ago. The young lady who answered my call was able to comfort me and arrange a move for the next day. Thank you for sll your help!

So far its been a very good experience.

I moved back to the Bellevue area one year ago. During that move I watched the two guys pack up my items and move them from S. Cal to the Bellevue area and unload them. They had to load/move all items using the same elevators that your crew used. Not one item moved by the Cal crew was damaged and they were very careful about taking care of the carpet. Your crew was to arrive between 12-3pm. Arrived at 4pm. The job was to move eight items (bed, mattress, sofa, chair, two amoires, mirror, foot stool. They were both nice but one was only on the job 2 days and he was responsible for placing the items except the sofa on the elevator and moving into my apartment.My sofa was damaged on the upper left corner where it is very noticeable.
