Alan Holm has been very thorough about discussing my moving and storage needs. I must say though that what he says will happen during packing and what actually does happen are two different things - not in a major way, but enough that there seems to be some internal communication that could be improved. I have the feeling that Alan's notes are not always effectively read by others and then special instructions slip through the cracks. Your guys who came to pack - Rick, Paul and Mohamedabu (?) were courteous and thoughtful about what they were doing. However, when I asked them questions about packing instructions for certain items, they didn't seem to have the information that they should have had. I would recommend reviewing packing instructions for each client a bit more thoroughly with your employees before sending them to the job site.

We had one ding to a table, but that was it. The experience was great, and I'd definitely recommend you to anyone. In fact my parents are going to hire your guys for their June move (I believe they already have - the Toppers). Your movers were extaordinary. I can't thank you enough for their easy going can-do attitude. We will certainly both recommend and use your company again.I was struck by your detailed website especially with the history of the company.I was sold because you had an hour minimum, less than other companies.HOWEVER:The sales person told me it would probably only take an hour and the move took 4 hours. His quote came in the second time in writing at 4 hours. I wish he had been more accurate in the beginning as one hour is what sold us. While the overall experience was extrodinary, I feel like the initial verbal discussion was way off of the final experience.

I made all my contact via email. I was concerned the day before the move because I hadn't heard from the moving crew so I called Hansen Bros. and found that my rep was out of the office for the day. The woman who answered the phone was helpful and the movers called me within the hour to confirm. The movers were nice, professional and got the job done within the alloted time with no damage. My husband and I were both pleased with the move.

Referred by : Homeowners Club and also one of my staff. I did have a circular scrape on the hardwood floor which was probably due to a dirty dolly wheel. My gentleman friend said the crew was very nice. The two young men were wonderful and VERY careful moving in all the furnatire. Ate end, no floor problems.

When I spoke with Joseph regarding my quote, and details of my move, he was very helpful and patient in dealing with all of my questions. The movers were very courteous, helpful and professional.
