The moving crew was courteous, fun, on time, hardworking, got the job done as estimated, nothing was damaged - all went completely smoothly, which is the most one can ask for in moving. Communication with the client when the crew is running late is imperative -- I should not have to call Hansen Bros. when the crew is running late -- they should let me know -- when they got here they did an excellent job -- the movers were pros and they worked with any obstacles that were put in front of them -- truly hard workers and amiable -- thank you for making this a good move for me -- I appreciate the professionalism of most of your staff -- the sales agent was competent, but he could have been a bit more friendly and accommodating -- thank you again

The crew got lost on the way to my site but they called to let me know what was happening. This is the 3rd time I have used your company & will recommend you to others - especially since my final cost was less than the estimate.

I have always been impressed with Hansen Brothers service--as always, Bruce was extremely helpful, and the movers (Mohammedu and Jesse) were prompt, courteous, and very professional...when I hear nightmare stories of movers go bad, I am so thankful that I found Hansen Bros.!

The three men that moved me were the best. They worked so hard and always had a smile on their face. Even though most of my furniture was beat up they still treated it like it was priceless antiques. I have used other movers in the past and I would never recommend them to anyone. Hansen Bros. really earned my respect and any future business. I highly recommend them to anyone. Oh, and the actual price came in under what was estimated - who does that in this day and age.

Our movers, Kenny, Pete and James were outstanding! So professional, friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. They worked very hard, and managed all our belongings so carefully, I never worried about a thing. And they were fast too, and we were finished with our move more quickly than we expected. I was very impressed with them and their work. Thank you!

The moving team of three guys were AWESOME! They were very accomodating and explained why they were just a bit late. They worked in a professional manner, they took great care in moving my mother's HEAVY furniture carefully without casuing any damage to it or to the walls, door frames etc.. They asked questions, when needed, which we really appreciated before moving a particular item so it only had to be moved once and not re-positioned again. And they were very courteous and polite as they did their work! That was much appreciated!
