Moving crew was very great and helpful. Required forms were not e-mailed prior to move as promised, even with us calling stating that forms were not sent.

I take exception to the quote I received, which was $391, as opposed to the final cost, $508. Four men? Why? 26 years ago 2 men handled it with no problem. I am not happy at all with your service this time, and I will be calling to negotiate at least a price reduction, considering the situation.

Professional attitude. Could be quicker though. I felt it shoul have taken less time. A suggestion would be have guys 'leave' to get stuff alternate because when they were both gone they were slower. Got stuck a couple times when 1 could have been packing while other went to truck... But really they quite good and I admittedly have high expectations for efficiency! :)

Bruce Crabtree responded to my quote request in a matter of minutes after I submitted it online. That was simply amazing. I've never had any company turn around that quickly! Bruce was very professional and extremely helpful. It was largely because of him that I chose Hansen Bros. over the other moving companies I was looking at.On the day of my move, Jake and Dallas were on the crew that helped me move from Renton to West Seattle. The truck arrived at the time I was quoted. Both of them introduced themselves right away and were courteous and professional the entire time. They did an excellent job taking care of my things.If possible, please forward my thanks to Bruce, Jake and Dallas for assisting me in my move. I will definitely return to Hansen Bros. in the future and recommend you to anyone who asks.

All went very smooth, I admire the young women who do the packing, an endless job.

The Office rescheduled our time, which conflicted with the Comcast hook-up. which never got completed, because some of the of the TV's and Computer's were not here yet. Also one entertainment unit was too large for just two men, and they had a hard time getting it up the stairs.

Movers were courteous, efficient and friendly! The overall experience was extremely positive. The only thing that broke was something I packed and moved myself! I would definintely recommend Hansen Bros.

They crew was great to work with, they were cheerful and nice to have around. The box labeling was a bit erratic. Also, my entertainment center was damaged (scraped off corner, lost foot,scratches.) The crew chief, Paul, noted these down and I'll be contacting you. Everything else came through A-OK!
