I had a great experience on moving day. It's the first time I've hired movers. Both Arsen and Cameron were great. They hustled to get the job done and were careful with my things. The one thing I would have done differently is ask for an on-site estimate. I underestimated the amount of stuff I had, so ended up paying extra, but overall, it was a great experience. I would recommend Hansen Bros.
Hi! May 20th was the #3 of 3 work orders. Lead staff arrived with no tools so borrowed mine. He was not told the piano was a 'grand' and not an 'upright'. Not sure about the writing of the work order since the #1 work day in April moved the piano out to the garage. Possibly the info did not navigate to the next group who reset the piano on the 20th.Crew was great.Add'l notes: May 3rd work day had a great crew of two young men. Very nice to work with.

Disappointed with the customer service and the claims process is taking so long. Salesperson did not return our calls or emails regarding the additional travel time we were charged.

The move time got delayed because an employee had an injury, and the Seattle office had to move their schedules around. They found someone from the East side office to come instead. They did a great job of communicating with me to let me know what was going on, and the guy they sent out was super wonderful - he was so fast, and careful, and professional. I'm really delighted with Hansen Bros. service. I'll call you guys back for any moving need I have and recommend you to friends and colleagues as well. Thanks so much!
Alan Holm has been very thorough about discussing my moving and storage needs. I must say though that what he says will happen during packing and what actually does happen are two different things - not in a major way, but enough that there seems to be some internal communication that could be improved. I have the feeling that Alan's notes are not always effectively read by others and then special instructions slip through the cracks. Your guys who came to pack - Rick, Paul and Mohamedabu (?) were courteous and thoughtful about what they were doing. However, when I asked them questions about packing instructions for certain items, they didn't seem to have the information that they should have had. I would recommend reviewing packing instructions for each client a bit more thoroughly with your employees before sending them to the job site.
