We had one ding to a table, but that was it. The experience was great, and I'd definitely recommend you to anyone. In fact my parents are going to hire your guys for their June move (I believe they already have - the Toppers). I also wrote a good review on the website Angie's List for you, since your grade there wasn't so good. Hopefully my review will help things!

Your movers were extaordinary. I can't thank you enough for their easy going can-do attitude. We will certainly both recommend and use your company again.I was struck by your detailed website especially with the history of the company.I was sold because you had an hour minimum, less than other companies.HOWEVER:The sales person told me it would probably only take an hour and the move took 4 hours. His quote came in the second time in writing at 4 hours. I wish he had been more accurate in the beginning as one hour is what sold us. While the overall experience was extrodinary, I feel like the initial verbal discussion was way off of the final experience.

I made all my contact via email. I was concerned the day before the move because I hadn't heard from the moving crew so I called Hansen Bros. and found that my rep was out of the office for the day. The woman who answered the phone was helpful and the movers called me within the hour to confirm. The movers were nice, professional and got the job done within the alloted time with no damage. My husband and I were both pleased with the move.

Referred by : Homeowners Club and also one of my staff. I did have a circular scrape on the hardwood floor which was probably due to a dirty dolly wheel. My gentleman friend said the crew was very nice. The two young men were wonderful and VERY careful moving in all the furnatire. Ate end, no floor problems.

When I spoke with Joseph regarding my quote, and details of my move, he was very helpful and patient in dealing with all of my questions. The movers were very courteous, helpful and professional.

The moving crew was courteous, fun, on time, hardworking, got the job done as estimated, nothing was damaged - all went completely smoothly, which is the most one can ask for in moving. Communication with the client when the crew is running late is imperative -- I should not have to call Hansen Bros. when the crew is running late -- they should let me know -- when they got here they did an excellent job -- the movers were pros and they worked with any obstacles that were put in front of them -- truly hard workers and amiable -- thank you for making this a good move for me -- I appreciate the professionalism of most of your staff -- the sales agent was competent, but he could have been a bit more friendly and accommodating -- thank you again
