From my first contact with Jim, to the first crew to pick up and load our furniture to the wonderful guys Suka and Niko that delivered them in our new home. Moving with Hansen Bros was great - easiest move ever! The crew was extremely careful and friendly. They moved fairly quickly and got everything done in a super professional manner. I was extremely pleased with the services provided and would certainly recommend Hansen to friends and family!

The two guys who did the move were fabulous. Quick, careful, professional in wrapping, carrying and moving the furniture into a tight storage space. Their big kudos came in how they managed to get the large couch out the confined hallway and tight front door--without chewing up the hallway or ceiling. The movers you sent were very nice, courteous, and professional! Please thank them for us! I wanted to leave them a tip but they said that that can no longer be done by credit card. I was disappointed! Both of the guys were very hard working. I hope that they are two of your regular staff! They're an asset to your moving team!

While the crew was mostly professional and careful, there was one crew member that broke a lamp, was too chatty and had offensive body odor.

Thank you to Brian for providing a professional free estimate in our home. Other companies only offered an estimate over the phone without inspecting our belongings. After several Army moves with professional packers, it was a surprise that other companies were not willing to come to our home to do a free estimate. A huge thank you to Kevin and Miram, our movers, who were on time, careful, kind, and curteous on moving day. They made the day much less stressful. If a move can be easy, Kevin and Miram certainly exceeded our expectations.

the two guys on our move Evan and I want to say James but im not sure.. they were so very thoughtful and respectful to my mom who was moving from her house to a retirement home. Such great guys! Mom was really happy with them and so was I . The next time we move I will for sure use hansen Bros, and tell everyone I know the same!

Cory and Evan were great to work with and very fast and efficient. No damage to items and they made everything go very smoothly. They protected important items and listened to my concerns. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.
