Used MSFT Prime. Tim and the crew were very nice and thoughtful of our belongings. I think the actual move and our belongings were underestimated requiring 2 trips in the truck provided. And, we actually made 2 trips of our own in a 24 ft truck the day before. So the estimate, supposedly for all of our goods was greatly underestimated. We were on a tight timeline to be out of the house by 9PM and have it cleaned. It all worked out with the help of family but just something to consider in future estimates.

Bill was $600 below estimate, a nice surprise.moving crew was very courtiouse and professional. i almost had fun moving, which is a first for me.

Wes and Paul were very friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job getting the piano up the difficult stairs. I was very impressed with them both. you should be proud of them.

Movers broke the exit sign in the apartment building I was moving out of as they attempted to move my couch out of the unit. Me and another friend were able to move it into the unit ourselves w/o breaking anything. You will not have a return customer on this one. Thank you.

I have used moving companies several times in the last few years and have found that Hansen Bros, to be the best of them all. Rick, in the front office, was responsive to my needs and seemed to make the delivery of my goods his top priority. The movers, John and Arson, were very professional, extremely careful with my belongs, were very efficient, very friendly and very nice. I highly recommend Hansen Bros.
