Anyone can be pleasant when things are going right. It's when there is a problem that you find out what kind of business you're dealing with. We had a breakage (fortunately, something that was easily replaceable). and the company sent a representative out right away. I have every confidence that it will be handled ASAP. ALL the crew who loaded and unloaded were pleasant and efficient. 2 things that might have been a bit better. First, the unpacking people could have had the hutch a bit sooner so they could have been setting that up. As it was, they had to wait for the crew to come back from a much needed break and it slowed them down a bit. The second thing was that I was not prepared with my payment (credit card) and it would have been nice to take care of the finances either the day before or just known so that I could have had it with me.You can count me down as a satisfied customer. THANKS!

Art and Anthony were very professional and careful with our delivery. The furniture was all delivered without any damage and had been packed and stored for a year very carefully. Thank you.

Ray and Jacob were very good.

Although we couldn't finish our move in the alloted time, Hansen was very good about being flexible with completing the move the next evening.

Hansen Brothers, in particular Jim Dessin, were very helpful, accommodating, and willing to discuss pricing, schedule, and any variances in very specific detail.The moving crew, driver, and everyone involved were very courteous, stayed on top of everything, and ensured that the experience was top-notch from beginning to end. I had good expectations from previous recommendations, and these were surpassed. I can recommend Hansen Brothers and Allied Van Lines without question.

We came in to divide up the warehouse contents into what we wanted moved immediately. Nico was a tremendous help - extremely patient and professional Jenny who scheduled everything for was so responsive and accomodating. The movers were very pleasant, respectful and efficient. I am so so pleased with the quality of your service!

I had promised my moving crew that I was going to phone you to let you know what a terrific job they did; however my phone just got set up today; so this is much better.
