Heard about Hansen Bros. through a website which specializes in downsizing and relocating senior citizen households. The crew (hello again to James and Cameron!) did noticeably better than my last two sets of moving guys. They were on time, actually listened to my directions, and wrapped up after a reasonable time span. Yes, I would recommend Hansen Bros. to other households planning a local move.

Jenny at your office did a terrific job! She was courteous and friendly and explained all my options thouroughly. James & Ray were wonderful. They moved a lot of stuff in a short amount of time. Everyone we have dealt with from Hanson Brothers is great! A big thumbs up for our moving crew, James, John and Jake. These guys kept up an steady pace for nine hours, while smiling the whole time. Their attention to detail (things like remembering to put the dust ruffle back on the bed to keeping track of which identical bedside table went where. I used to think exceptional customer service was a thing of the past and then I called Hansen Bros.!!! :)

This is my second experience moving with Hansen Bros. First was when I moved into my present home 10 years ago. Everything went very well.I am submitting one survey for the two moves I recently scheduled when I had my floors refinished. Generally, the service was superb. The reason Hansen Bros. did not rate an extraordinary in the crew categories "professional" and "cautious" is that the first crew dropped a couch which sustained some minor damage. Even so the crew was pleasant and responsive; and I did appreciate that Hansen Bros. followed up quickly and professionally to repair the damage. The move back in went without a hitch. I remain a fan of your company.
