Excellent job. If you need a reference, feel free to use me. Brian gave a great estimate and you came in under. We were very pleased with the movers: Paul, Troy, Antonio and Jessee. They were very pleasant and very careful with our furniture.3 1/2 hours to load and 2 1/2 to unload. Great job!

All in all good experience. Would have liked crew to not mumble about how heavy furniture was or the fact that I lived on the third floor. That's why I paid to have people do it. Otherwise it was great.

We will be moving into our permanent home at the end of February and plan on using Hansen Bros. again. We also called the movers supervisor the next day to give an excellent report about them to him and requested that they be our movers at that time. Jenny is fabulous. The delivery truck was late but not their fault, they got stuck in traffic on the W Seattle bridge. Juan and David were great. Three items had some issues I noted on my inventory but they were very careful with the loading and both very professional and nice to chat with while we unloaded and worked on getting everything where it belonged. I am very pleased with both crews I worked with.

Jenny was very helpful in estimating the move and gave me a high degree of confidence that I would recieve very good service by her responsiveness. The crew members were willing to move furniture around to gain the best arrangement in the room and were very productive in meeting their time commitments. Thank you!
