The movers were on time, courteous, careful and swift. The truck was a different story. It had to be jumped at least three times to make the first day’s move. It was made even more difficult by the fact that we were in a very remote place with no access to easy assistance. Also, I would like a little more communication between the time the move is set up and the date of the move. A simple email a week before confirming would be very helpful.

The men were awesome, interacted with me and themselves in a very positive manner. They were so polite and fun to be around. I changed my mind a couple times where to place a couple pieces of furniture and they happily accommodated me and before they left they asked if I was sure everything was where I wanted it or did I want to change it around. They were nothing short of amazing. I will use Hansen Bros. for all my moving needs.

Your crew was outstanding -- professional; open to needs; and quite frankly quick yet safety conscious in what they did.

I just want to take a moment to communicate how incredibly happy we were with your services. The crew in general were great to work with but I wanted to specifically call out Joe, our crew lead. He went above and beyond and made what we expected to be a very stressful few days, very seamless. Joe had an answer for every problem and could not have been more helpful.

Our move was smooth and professional. Each of the gentlemen who showed up were wonderful to work with and did a great job. I was impressed with the care they took in packing my dishes and glassware. I could have moved around the world and nothing would have been broken. I don't plan on ever moving again - but if I do I will certainly give Hansen Bros. another call. And I will recommend you to anyone who is moving.
