Overall a fantastic process for us moving only once every 20 years or so. When there were questions or requests, Hansen Bros. was quick to answer and accommodate in a fair and reasonable manner. We have another move coming up for a relative and Hansen Bros. is on the top of the list!

Hansen Bros. handled my move from the Bay Area to the Seattle area, and they did a great job. They were proactive about lining up all of the necessary people for packing, transit, and assembly/disassembly of large items. Customer service and sales contacts were great and ensured we knew what to expect and that the move was done within our expected budget. They were fast and careful with packing, loading and unloading, flexible about delivery dates, and our items arrived in good condition. A very positive experience across the board.
