Thank you all for taking the stress out of a very stressful move. This was the 4th time I've used Hansen Brothers for various family members and have never once been disappointed.

Move was perfect.

Brian did a stellar job of making this move organized and less stressful for us. The packing ladies did a careful and thoughtful job. The loading crew did a careful and thoughtful job. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Eric, the driver, amazingly organized and thoughtful. Communications were timely and clear. Everything went as planned. My parents moved from a 2500 sq ft home to a 750 sq ft apartment in assisted living. Hansen Bros. set us up with packers, movers and an estate sales rep. We could not have completed this move without them. I recommend them 100%. The packers were friendly and kind. The movers were quick, efficient, friendly and kind. After getting everything over to the new locations they unpacked my parents, putting all items were they go, books on bookshelves, food in the pantry, even made my parents bed. When they left all we had to do was hang my mothers artwork and place her trinkets where she wanted them. When they went to bed that night, all was in order. It was such a relief for my sister and I. They turned what we thought would be a nightmare into a dream.

This was an in-house move for carpet installation. Your workers will be back tomorrow. I was especially impressed with their care for my Japanese Tansu. They have to be moved in pieces to avoid torqueing the hardware that holds them together. The crew understood my cautions and took appropriate care. You know, everything is a test. This was a small job, completed in under an hour. There is a bigger move in my future. When I move to independent senior living in a few years, I will be calling Hansen Bros.

So so good. Simon and Sam were competent, accommodating, professional, and just overall excellent to work with. Finding great movers is hard. I am a customer for life! Excellent team. I'm super happy with my move.

Professional and polite under demanding weather-related issues and poor packing from previous movers at point of origin. Our team was great.
