Pleasant workers, quick, efficient!

Our experience with Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage was GREAT! Riley was so incredibly helpful and fast in getting our quote and contract, and follow-up related to the move. Simeon and his crew did an excellent job completing the actual move. Simeon, in particular, was so through and careful about our move. And everyone was so pleasant and professional to work with. I will definitely recommend Hansen Bros the next time someone I know needs a moving company. Please extend our appreciation to everyone involved – thank you!!

The moving team of Sam, Simeon and the "new guy" were outstanding in every aspect. I want to single out Simeon for his exceptional service. This is the second time Simeon has moved us and each time his dedication. skills and ability to confidently deal with the customer has been evident. You are fortunate to have such a fine worker on your team and he is certainly ready to assume positions of even greater responsibility and financial reward. Once again thanks for the fine moving experience.

Could have policed (cleaned up) at both locations a little better and a few items on top shelves were left behind, but most importantly, work was done efficiently and with due care for the most valuable items and the two houses, so overall it was a job well done.

When I scheduled my move, I was very clear that I would need 10-15 wardrobe moving boxes. None was supplied on the actual day of the move. We made it work, but it was a bit stressful. Outside of this oversite, the moving crew of 3 was great to work with, highly professional and polite. They also had great attitudes considering it was a record-breaking heat summer day in Seattle.
