Hansen Bros. made what is always a stressful time, much easier. All communication before the move kept us up to date and our changing how many boxes we wanted to move (by 100-fold!) didn't faze them. The movers, Josh, Simeon, and Outhai, were a combination of professional, friendly and very careful with our belongings. They ended up having to take apart a piece of furniture to get it out of our house, and they put it together in the new place! Our golden retriever, Luna, received a pat on the head whenever they passed by on their way back to the truck after delivering items to the room we marked on each box. She was bereft when they were gone. I heartily recommend Hansen Bros. I hope never to have to move again, but if I do, they'll get my call.

Service was great overall. As moving is not something we do often, a better explanation of the billing process at the time of estimate and even a week before the move would be very helpful.

I only rate the overall experience a 5 as the dropdown menu won't allow me to rate it higher… this is our second time using Hansen Bros. and once again, the words "wonderful", "fantastic", "professional" and "courteous" don't go far enough to explain the high quality of service. From requesting the quote, having the salesperson come view our home and belongings to the crew that did the actual moving, the team at Hansen Bros gives such care and attention and we would use them over and over. The moving team was nothing short of amazing. The were quick and careful with our things and the laughing and playfulness that we heard among them made us so happy as they were clearly enjoying their jobs which is so good to see! They were very communicative with us, always checking in to see where they could place items for our ease. I simply cannot say enough positive things about this company, the absolutely fantastic moving crew and our experience. We would never use anyone else with any of our moves – THANK YOU so much!
