Nicole was fantastic about getting us on the schedule quickly for an estimate and our move. We did explain that we would need everything unboxed/boxes removed. This seemed to be a surprise for the crew. However, they were super efficient, responsive, friendly and careful with all of our belongings. All of the crew members were professional, cheerful, and worked very hard. Our belongings were packed carefully and so far as we have unpacked everything came through unscathed.

Overall very happy with service. I did have some slight damage to property and house, but honestly probably less than with other moves. They guys all worked so hard and were extremely professional. I would recommend Hansen Bros. to others!

There were supposed to be three people doing the move, but we only had two people. One person was obviously familiar with moves and how to be careful, the other was less so, but still performed well. There was some minor damage to a wall when moving a large cabinet. It can be repaired with spackling and repainted, which we will do.

Good job! Would use them again if needed.

From the first contact to the crew that packed everything and moved my belongings, my concerns were acknowledged and my expectations were fully met. Everyone involved seemed to really care about me and my belongings, and extra steps were taken to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this moving company!
