You may want to invest in better healthcare for your movers. Having two members of a three-person crew need to be replaced due to illness was very disruptive to the overall move. This caused problems during the delivery phase when instructions on where to put things were not effectively communicated to the replacement crew members.

I heard of Hansen Bros. because I read a Forbes article that listed Allied Van Lines as a top moving company. Overall the experience was good, but the interstate coordinator was not as communicative as I would have expected.

Your company is great. I called 3 companies and you were not the cheapest. However, we’ve moved with you once before and I knew your movers are efficient and professional and that the office staff is helpful. In the end we went with you because your price was competitive considering the quality service you provide.

I used Hansen Bros. for two moves during the last year. One was moving from a 2-bedroom apartment, to a house and the other was moving a 300 pound BBQ. In both cases, the team was highly responsive efficient and thorough in making the plan and using technology to lower the effort on my part.
On the days of the move, everyone show up on time and executed the move perfectly, with proper packing & protections around walls and floors. The team members had a positive attitude, were friendly and helpful when making choices about how to do things. In the case of the big move, we had to reschedule for 2 days later because the truck parking was already taken at the apartment complex. In that case they swiftly checked with their office and made a new plan without charging more money or making a fuss. I will use Hansen Bros. for any future move that I do + I will recommend it to my friends & family.
