The Estimator, Paula, was terrific. The team of moving men – led by Dallas, was also terrific – Excellent… They had to drop a very big couch over a balcony and down to the lawn below… They did a great job moving me to Horizon House (Retirement Community – they recommended Hansen Bros.) Movers came within window. An "on-our-way" call would be extremely helpful. Guys very nice and professional. A couple lightbulbs were broken out of a lamp, but everything else was perfect. Fast and efficient.

I had recommended Hansen Bros. for clients when I was in real estate and was always impressed by your professionalism. Nicole has always been incredible. I don't know the name of the manager of the crew who did our move, but he was great, too. Very professional and friendly. His crew seemed a little clueless and careless. They definitely moved quickly but damage to dishes and an expensive chair made me wonder how the boxes and furniture were stacked inside the truck. Otherwise, it was a good experience, not exceptional as hoped.

Did as great a move on this job as they did previously! Can't say enough about the good, professional and friendly service.

The crew were great, they worked hard and cared for our belongings. They all took the time to ask us if they had any questions and helped us make this move smooth and easy. The only issue was some dirt on the downstairs carpet in the old house which was tracked in at the end of the day – nothing too major but could have been prevented with a few moving blankets down there. Overall they did an excellent job. Thank you!
