This was the first time we did a cross country move, usually we did it ourselves. After researching local movers in Seattle area, I saw Hansen Bros., read the reviews and the fact they have been in business for 100 years we called them. Paula the salesperson that came over to estimate our move was friendly, positive and professional. She always answered or returned my calls. The movers for Hansen that loaded our house belongings were fast, careful, coueteous and efficient! Overall we are very satisfied with Hansen Bros. And would recommend them highly to anyone needing a mover. Mark our moving coordinator was always in touch with us, following up making sure everything was going ok. Lastly, since we were moving to the east coast Hansen set us up with Allied for the cross country part , and they did an excellent job also. A+ rating from us on both!

Josh, Samuel, Simeon and Jorge were a superb team. Very conscientious, helpful and polite. They are superb representing Hansen Bros. This was the second time we have used Hansen Bros. for moves within the city. The respond quickly to inquiries. The people moving our belongings were professional and care was taken to move everything with speed and caring.

From first interaction with Will and multiple calls to Carl with multiple changes (extremely patient) and my three movers (Joshua, Jorge and Tyler) i can only give rave reviews! What a crew!! Hansen Bros. handled my 87 year-old parent's move from a house they had lived in for 50 years to a retirement home. The staff was so terrific to work with and made everything effortless for our family. They scheduled appointments, were on time, courteous, efficient, communicative and friendly. If I had any questions, they quickly responded. Everything from the pre-move estimate to the final move to the new apartment was flawless. They did what they said they would do, with a smile. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again. 5 stars!

My family used this service but I chose the unpacking and hanging up pictures. So glad I did! I am in the process of completing my move and I couldn’t be happier!

The crew were professional, very efficient, took appropriate care of belongings and of new apt and entry areas, were great at stacking in new storage and clearly worked well as a team. The salesperson (Nicole) was was very good at listening to my specific requests and responding with a plan. I would use Hansen Bros. again.

The two persons who came out for the move were very professional, friendly and totally prepared for the move. They took better care of my furnishings than I probably would have. It'll be great to see them again with my next move in Dec. Thanks for such great persons.
