What an AMAZING experience. Being in the shipping industry, we reached out to a company we recommend. They couldn't meet our needs and recommend Hansen Bros. and from the first moment I called, your team has been FANTASTIC to work with. Paula came out and looked at what we have, gave an estimate, explained the process, talked about insurance and high value items. Grace and her follow-up and follow-through has been EXCEPTIONAL. She did what said she would and when she said it. She was keeping us informed about everything and answered questions. The team who picked things up and delivered were very professional, knew what they were doing and did EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to make sure our goods were protected and secure. The driver, Fred called us, we never had to chase after anything. Hansen Bros. was everything we hoped for and delivered so much more. Not only are we HAPPY CUSTOMERS, but I've shared the information with the company I work for and we've added them to our list of referrals. THANK YOU so very much for taking such great care of us and our possessions.

We had some damaged stuff but we moved about 22,000 lbs over 2,000 miles so all in it was a good job.

Overall, an awesome experience and move! Paula S. in Sales was great from beginning to end. She always took my calls or got back to me quickly by phone or email. Thomas and crew (Chris, Corbin, Daryl, Kenneth plus 2 other team members on day 1 PM) were all fantastic!! They were professional, polite, respectful, knowledgeable and great to work with both days, and from morning to night. They stayed committed to finishing the move even though it was late; never tiring! They listened to our "guidance", requests and always answered any questions as they arose. Thomas led the team with ease and each of the team members showed the moving expertise we expected, plus they were innovative and patience in handling unusual items and placing them into storage units. Many people moan about the problems they had moving. Our move was really EASY! Hansen Bros. came before we moved to see what we came, then came the morning of our move, packed what needed packing, moved it, and unpacked, putting everything where we had marked on the floor where it was to go. Wonderful! No hassle!
