The crew was outstanding. You hire really good people!

Had a positive experience with Hansen Bros. They were responsive, accommodating, flexible, communicative and on time. They alerted us to the need to outsource the dismantling of our sleep number bed and the bed frame and coordinated that person's arrival to correspond with the move. The cost included reassembly on the other end. I appreciated their flexibility in updating the quote up until the night before the move as we had more items than anticipated. I was nervous about the need to change trucks to Allied since it was an interstate move and read others' negative experiences, but all items made it to us well within the estimated time frame and nothing was damaged. The Allied driver was communicative, alerting me a few days out of his progress and providing regular updates along the way. He and the mover were mindful of the floors and walls and more than accommodating when it came to putting things where we wanted them.

Hansen Bros has provided outstanding service for several moves now for my aging mother. They have always been professional, on time, and efficient. Services have been as promised, and generally below the estimated price. Additionally, their teams have been very courteous and sensitive with my families heirlooms and worked hard to alleviate the anxiety associated with this.

We had Hansen Bros. move our belongings into their storage facilities and back out. They did a great job, the service was very good, and everything went very well. Very professional and no surprises — great job.

Very happy with our Hansen Bros experience overall. We used them to move our furniture out, store it during a renovation, and bring it back at the end. The office folks and the moving crews were all very helpful and professional. Would definitely use them again!
