Arsen and Will were very professional, polite and efficient moving my mother-in-law's belongings to her new retirement community. Beth Schmidt was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I think Hansen Bros. is expensive compared to other moving companies and Hansen Bros. was to have ordered the City permit to block the street but that was not done. The guys were also supposed to prepare the elevator but that was not in their instructions. It turns out we didn't need to prepare the elevator. Skyline at First Hill was who recommended Hansen Bros. so my mother-in-law felt that we should just use your company and not shop around. It worked out just fine. Thank-you.
