Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage is seeking an organized and dynamic individual to fill our Inside Sales/Customer Service position. Our successful candidate will work cooperatively with outside sales staff and other members of the distribution team to both expand our customer base, contribute to our high quality customer service, and meet/exceed monthly sales quotas.

Hansen Bros. is a well established family owned company that has serviced the Seattle marketplace since 1890. We have branches in Seattle, Lynnwood, and Newcastle (Bellevue). This Inside Sales/Customer Service position will be based at our Newcastle (Bellevue) branch.

Position Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries
• Explaining all facets of our moving and storage services
• Generating new and repeat sales by providing product information in a timely manner
• Determining customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
• Providing accurate cost estimates over the phone when appropriate
• Accurately processing customer transactions
• Educating customers about features and benefits of company provided services
• Setting up and maintaining customer files
• Managing time effectively and working effectively with other team members
• Following all company policies and procedures
• Presenting a professional image and positive attitude at all times

Our successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping customers over the phone. Prior sales experience is helpful but not required. We will provide product training, and a friendly office setting. Come and be a part of our team.
