The health & safety of our customers, staff, service providers, and local community are paramount and we continue to adhere to all directives from local, state, and federal government agencies.

All Hansen Bros. Employees are instructed and expected to follow the guidelines provided by the CDC. This includes:

  • Staying home from work if ill, experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or having been exposed to someone with the virus
  • Washing hands frequently with soap or using proper hand sanitizer when soap is not available
  • Maintaining a 6’ social distance from others to the highest degree possible
  • Wearing appropriate face masks when/if requested or required

Hansen Bros. continues to take the following steps:

  • Regularly refreshing and reinforcing prevention guidelines among all staff members to reduce the risk of spreading infection
  • Daily monitoring of staff for symptoms of illness and sending anyone with symptoms home

  • Following all guidelines and protocols required by Retirement Living Communities, Apartment Complexes, Condominiums, Commercial Buildings, etc.
  • Upon request and at no charge, our crew members can wear masks while performing your move. Please simply notify your Relocation Consultant if this is your preference.

Hansen Bros. requests the following of our customers:

  • If you have a scheduled estimate appointment or booked move, please notify us immediately if you or any members of your household have been exposed to COVID-19, tested positive for COVID-19, or are experiencing symptoms including cough, fever, or difficulty breathing. Please rest assured there is NO CHARGE to reschedule your estimate or move due to illness – we will work together to find an alternate date that works for you.
  • Please use disinfectant/cleaner to wipe down commonly touched surfaces, objects, door handles, etc. at your residence.
  • Please make a sink, hand soap, and paper towels available to your outside salesperson and moving crew for handwashing during their time within your home.
  • Please keep all windows open throughout the moving process as this allows for greater airflow and reduces the containment of germs.
  • Please maintain a social distance of 6’ or greater during both your in-person estimate appointment and while moving services are being performed.

Really appreciated that Will always answered the phone and was courteous and patient and professional on the phone. Paula was on time and helpful and knowledgeable. These days, with all the scammers out there the general public is more skeptical, We were pleased to have a company with a known history and employees that we trusted like our movers. Kyle and Simeon. Carl was available, professional, and returned call in timely manner and Scott who dropped off and picked up the storage pods provided the skills needed and we felt relieved and satisfied with his role as each of the others mentioned.

Jose, Wilfredo, and Andres were our crew and what a great group of guys! They worked really hard all day, were friendly and easy to have around the house and readily moved anything to a different spot for me. We'd just had our hardwood floors refinished and they gladly put the felt pads we'd purchased on all of our furniture, for us, before bringing it into the house. Can't say enough positives about them. They certainly earned their pay with all their hard work!

We had a challenging move coming into the Seattle area. We were ordering new furniture and appliances for our new house that had an uncertain closing date. Due to the supply chain shipping delays concerns we wanted to order items in advance of our move in date so that when we closed on the house we could move our items in. We needed a company that could receive, store and secure our items several months.

Working with David and his team to set up our account at one of the Hansen Bros. warehouses where we could ship our order (large or small) in advanced and have delivered. Within the first month of storage we had a few items but we quickly expanded over the next 3 months. For three months we order and shipped items to the secure warehouse where the Hansen Bros. team received, confirmed and secured our items. We shipped furniture, appliances, mirrors, art work, etc.

Once all of the items were received and a closing date on the house confirmed, the Hansen Team committed to a delivery date. On the date the team loaded all of the items on a truck and had 3 men delivery to our new house. The team arrive at 9 AM unloaded, unpacked, moved all of the furniture to the correct location then removed all of the packing/shipping boxes in 1 day (That is a lot of packing material). This for a 4,200 sq, 4 bed room house!. The onsite team was very professional, polite and fun to work with. Best move I have experienced. Highly recommend Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage for all of your moving and storage needs.
