I am so very glad my friend Ginny told me about Hansen Bros. The service they provide is just extraordinary from beginning to end. Starting with my first call to them all the way through the process they were totally professional, responsive, on time and actually came in a little under the very fair budget I was quoted. It's rare these days to work with a company that actually answers the phone, returns emails, shows up on time and approaches the work with the best attitude ever. There's no need to shop around the next time you move just call Hansen Bros.

We used Hansen Bros. a few times over the last 15 months and will be using them again in a few weeks. The National moving company our relocation coordinator used contracted with them for our initial unload and we've had subsequent needs back and forth to my son's apartment. They have been 100% reliable, were careful and cautious of furniture and walls/floors, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

We were very satisfied with the crew from Hansen Bros. They arrived on time. Were efficient. And a bonus, they were fun and friendly. Exceptional service moving my mother into an assisted listing facility.

I was told about the time being from warehouse to warehouse, but was surprised by the "truck setup time", which was billed as an hour for preparing the truck. The movers also ended up taking the door off of the stove, then reattaching it. This showed an extreme level of care for the stove, but I don't think it was actually necessary. If I had a do-over, I would have moved the stove 1 room over myself to avoid this significant time loss. If I were to rate the overall experience, I'd give a 4/5. Professional and helpful, but also higher charges than anticipated,

Josh and George were professional and friendly. They unloaded my storage unit and reloaded items into a PODS moving container. Josh made sure everything was securely strapped to avoid shifting during transit.
