The communication that I had with your company was fantastic! Though I never spoke to anyone over the phone with your company (this was an interstate move facilitated by Allied) I communicated with your people through email. Responses were always quick and thorough and I appreciated that.
My delivery was scheduled for 10am originally, but the day before delivery I was told that delivery would be closer to 11am. I arrived at the storage facility where I requested delivery around 10:30am, and to my surprise the truck was already there. I had to sort out how to get to my storage unit and kept the crew waiting for 15-20minutes but the crew was extremely kind and patient with me while I sorted everything out. They were also quick but careful with moving my belongings into storage and I am very happy with their service!
