Hansen stuck to the quote they gave, were timely. The moving staff was friendly and took great care with items being moved as well as impact to the house.

Staff were all courteous, professional, and hardworking. Everything, including loading, transporting, and unloading, seemed to get done punctually and transparently.

This was an emotional move due to the unexpected death of a family member, and having to have them completely moved out of their rental home in less than 2 weeks. Not only did Hansen Bros. find time in their schedule for us for our move, I discovered EVERY single person I spoke with and worked with is a fantastic employee of a company that knows how to do moving RIGHT.

- Riley, in the main office, who kindly and promptly answered my initial online query

- Dave, our Relocation Consultant, who patiently walked through the house with us, answered every question, put together our quote, secured the moving date we preferred, and gave us great advice for how best to prepare our items for moving

- Ron, the operations manager, who (with such a happy, friendly voice!) gave me all the important details re: the crew, the trucks, and what access they would need on the day

- And most importantly, our amazing moving crew, Alfredo, David, and Issac, who arrived promptly and worked so efficiently and professionally to help us securely and safely move our family member’s things and then performed Magical Ninja Tetris to make sure all the items fit into the 10 x 20’ storage space we secured for everything! And they did it all with great kindness, respect, and care. We are so grateful to them. Everyone working together made this experience absolutely seamless and stress-free. Thank you all so much.

The service from beginning to end was extraordinary, the guys were great and so efficient. I am amazed at how quickly they had everything loaded and how quickly they had everything unloaded, and how efficiently they put the bed and my very complicated desk back together. Many thanks, Bernadette

Excellent service by Kyle and David! They were efficient, careful and thoughtful. On time, and they finished early! Just a couple of great guys, period.

Will was very helpful, courteous and patient with us right from the start. I would definitely recommend him. As for the crew--they obviously knew their job and were efficient. I found the furniture packing method a little slap-dash compared to my professional experience with movers (I was a construction project manager before retirement). Hopefully all of our furniture will survive the shipping portion of our move. But in general, I liked how this has worked so far.

Josh R, Sam O, and Valentino G were unbelievable! They were very good at what they do and after watching them work I knew my moving day was going to go great. They did not mess around and were very professional throughout the day. I cannot express how anxious I was about my move, but had I known that these three were going to be there I would have had ZERO anxiety. They were fast, efficient, and most important they were nice. I cannot give a higher recommendation for these three as they exceeded all my expectations. Thanks again for making this a much less anxious endeavor for me, I will definitely recommend your company to my friends and family!
