Heard about Hansen Bros. from Reddit. Was amazed by how quickly and professionally things were handled. Movers showed up right in time for both the packing and unloading, and went above and beyond by delivering our items despite the snowy weather. Movers were exceptionally helpful with finding items unmarked on our inventory list and making sure we had everything delivered before leaving. Movers were friendly, funny, and everyone was very informative. We’re very pleased with how communicative the company was in general. Will definitely be recommending Hansen Bros. to anyone in the future.

The moving crew were very thoughtful and courteous throughout the process. They asked questions to ensure items were packed as needed and when moving items into my new home to ensure they were placed as desired.

The Hansen Bros. team was great and respectful of the spaces, the belongings, and of each other. They were friendly and considerate and did a great job in a long day.

Had a positive experience with Hansen Bros. They were responsive, accommodating, flexible, communicative and on time. They alerted us to the need to outsource the dismantling of our sleep number bed and the bed frame and coordinated that person's arrival to correspond with the move. The cost included reassembly on the other end. I appreciated their flexibility in updating the quote up until the night before the move as we had more items than anticipated. I was nervous about the need to change trucks to Allied since it was an interstate move and read others' negative experiences, but all items made it to us well within the estimated time frame and nothing was damaged. The Allied driver was communicative, alerting me a few days out of his progress and providing regular updates along the way. He and the mover were mindful of the floors and walls and more than accommodating when it came to putting things where we wanted them.
